4. Vendor & Solicitation Policy

Majestic Legacy does not accept solicitations and does not conduct business with any entity that is not an established partner or sponsor of our organization. This is a company mandate. We are only authorized to hire or choose vendors that currently work with us. Any unsolicited proposals, pitches, or business inquiries from non-partners or non-sponsors will not be acknowledged or responded to.

To be considered for inclusion in Majestic Legacy programs or vendor-related services, you must be either signed up with us as a fundraising partner or as a sponsor of a current, ongoing program. One-time sponsors are not eligible for vendor-related services. We commit long-term with our partners and expect the same commitment in return.

Due to the nature of our charitable organization, we cannot permit outside businesses to leverage our organization for their own commercial purposes. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our mission and the trust of the communities we serve.
