How does Majestic Legacy Inc. use donations?

Accepted Answer

All donations made to our charitable foundation directly support our programs and services, including food assistance, housing support, and educational programs aimed at supporting children, the elderly, abuse victims, the chronically ill, veterans, and others facing hardship beyond their control.

Question 12

How can my company participate in the matching gift program?

Accepted Answer

Majestic Legacy offers a matching gift donation program that allows companies to establish gift criteria aligned with their values. We'll work with you to set up the program and provide your employees with the necessary forms and documentation. This is an excellent way to amplify your company's charitable impact while engaging employees in community support.

Question 13

How are program participants selected?

Accepted Answer

By partnering with different entities on a local level, our charitable foundation gains access to valuable information about various case studies and individuals. An application is provided to potential beneficiaries before the upcoming cycle. In some emergencies, this cycle may be accelerated to prioritize safety over bureaucracy, especially in cases involving children, the elderly, abuse victims, the chronically ill, and veterans. These situations are discretionary and often arise from a referral or recommendation.

Question 14

What happens after I apply?

Accepted Answer

An informal interview will take place within 24 hours of received applications. The interview will ask qualifying questions and answer any questions about our program. If it is determined that the candidate is a match, in most cases the program will begin immediately following acceptance.

Question 15

What is the enrollment agreement?

Accepted Answer

Commitment to the program is a critical step. The commitment requires a signature by the participant (or guardian in the case of a minor). The agreement covers the schedule and timetable discussed during the counseling session, as well as terms to carry on after completion. Failure to complete the program for reasons other than acceptable excuses may result in forfeit of benefits, removal from the program, and possible permanent ban from any Majestic Legacy aid.

Question 16

Can I request aid through the website?

Accepted Answer

Please be aware that our charitable foundation does not accept requests for aid or assistance through our online portal. Our donation programs are not intended for short-term assistance and operate on a referral basis due to limited resources. We focus on providing support to children, the elderly, abuse victims, the chronically ill, veterans, and others in need — ensuring that our resources are utilized effectively.

Question 17

Does Majestic Legacy accept solicitations or outside vendor proposals?

Accepted Answer

No. Majestic Legacy does not accept solicitations and does not do business with any entity that is not an established partner or sponsor of our organization. This is a company mandate. We are only authorized to hire or choose vendors that currently work with us. Any unsolicited proposals from non-partners or non-sponsors will not be responded to. To be considered for inclusion in Majestic Legacy programs or vendor services, you must be either signed up with us as a fundraising partner or as a sponsor of a current, ongoing program.

Question 18

Who founded Majestic Legacy?

Accepted Answer

Majestic Legacy Inc. was founded in 2020 by veterans and community leaders in Middletown, Ohio. Our founding team brings decades of experience in community outreach, military service, financial strategy, and digital marketing. The organization was built on the belief that charitable giving should be legacy-building — creating lasting impact, not just temporary aid.

Question 19

How is Majestic Legacy different from other charities?

Accepted Answer

Majestic Legacy operates as a community chest — we don't rank one cause above another. If you're a victim of circumstances beyond your control, we're here to help. Unlike traditional charities that focus on a single issue, we address root causes across multiple areas: housing, education, wellness, financial support, and emergency aid. Our Tailor Made program creates personalized action plans for each individual, and our legacy-building model encourages long-term partnerships instead of one-off donations.

Question 20

How does Majestic Legacy ensure transparency and accountability?

Accepted Answer

Our board of directors oversees project expansion while our executive director manages daily operations — ensuring clear separation of duties. Quarterly financial reviews are conducted by an independent lawyer and forensic accounting firm, with additional random audits to ensure regulatory compliance. All accounting records are public. Monthly audits, HIPAA compliance for beneficiary data, and background checks for all staff and volunteers ensure the highest standards of trust and safety.
