We'll work with you to set up the program and provide your employees with the necessary forms and documentation. This is an excellent way to amplify your company's charitable impact while engaging employees in community support.

How are program participants selected?

Accepted Answer

By partnering with different entities on a local level, our charitable foundation gains access to valuable information about various case studies and individuals. An application is provided to potential beneficiaries before the upcoming cycle. In some emergencies, this cycle may be accelerated to prioritize safety over bureaucracy, especially in cases involving children, the elderly, abuse victims, the chronically ill, and veterans. These situations are discretionary and often arise from a referral or recommendation.

What happens after I apply?

An informal interview will take place within 24 hours of received applications. The interview will ask qualifying questions and answer any questions about our program. If it is determined that the candidate is a match, in most cases the program will begin immediately following acceptance.

What is the enrollment agreement?

Accepted Answer

Commitment to the program is a critical step. The commitment requires a signature by the participant (or guardian in the case of a minor). The agreement covers the schedule and timetable discussed during the counseling session, as well as terms to carry on after completion. Failure to complete the program for reasons other than acceptable excuses may result in forfeit of benefits, removal from the program, and possible permanent ban from any Majestic Legacy aid.

Can I request aid through the website?

Please be aware that our charitable foundation does not accept requests for aid or assistance through our online portal. Our donation programs are not intended for short-term assistance and operate on a referral basis due to limited resources. We focus on providing support to children, the elderly, abuse victims, the chronically ill, veterans, and others in need — ensuring that our resources are utilized effectively.

Does Majestic Legacy accept solicitations or outside vendor proposals?

Accepted Answer

No. Majestic Legacy does not accept solicitations and does not do business with any entity that is not an established partner or sponsor of our organization. This is a company mandate. We are only authorized to hire or choose vendors that currently work with us. Any unsolicited proposals from non-partners or non-sponsors will not be responded to. To be considered for inclusion in Majestic Legacy programs or vendor services, you must be either signed up with us as a fundraising partner or as a sponsor of a current, ongoing program. One-time sponsors are not eligible for vendor-related services. We commit long-term with our partners and expect the same in return. Due to the nature of our charity, we cannot allow outside businesses to use our organization for their own purposes.

Majestic Legacy is headquartered in Middletown, Ohio with a West Coast Headquarters in San Diego, California. We operate across 40+ cities and surrounding areas nationwide, including Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Washington DC, Nashville, Las Vegas, and Puerto Rico. We expand to 2-3 new cities per year.

We accept general donations, corporate donations, business sponsorships, and participation in our 5x5x5 Challenge (tiered giving for individuals, groups, celebrities, and corporations). You can also donate through our Compassion In Action fund for direct emergency support.

Businesses can partner with Majestic Legacy through our Donation Fundraising Partner Program (just $100/month — and if your fundraising efforts don't generate that minimum, we'll cover it too), event sponsorships (Community, Empowerment, Legacy Builder, and Visionary tiers), corporate donations, or by hosting fundraising events.
