Applications open quarterly, depending on available funding, and require candidates to be referred through our outreach programs. All applicants participate in an interview process to assess their commitment and develop a personalized action plan tailored to their unique needs.
Adherence to the program contract is essential; violations may result in warnings, probation, or removal from the program, ensuring accountability and a supportive environment for all participants.
Submit applicationWe measure success through key outcomes, including the completion rate of action plans, the number of participants achieving personalized goals such as employment or education, and the reduction of recidivism among those served.
Additionally, we track mentorship impact by monitoring how many graduates transition into mentor roles, further empowering individuals and strengthening the community.
