Majestic Homes — our transitional housing program — is growing. With 6 new shelter expansion programs currently in planning, Majestic Legacy is preparing to bring safe, dignified housing to more communities across the United States. Here’s what that means and why it matters.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development estimates that over 650,000 people experience homelessness on any given night. But that number only tells part of the story. Millions more live in unstable housing situations — doubling up with family, staying in motels, or one missed paycheck away from losing their home.
For children, the elderly, abuse victims, the chronically ill, and veterans, the stakes are even higher. These populations face unique barriers to stable housing that traditional shelters simply aren’t equipped to address.

Why We’re Expanding Now

- Growing demand: With 48 active families currently supported and a waiting list that grows every month, the need has outpaced our current capacity.
- Proven results: Our existing Majestic Homes program has demonstrated measurable outcomes in program completion, post-program housing stability, and resident satisfaction — giving us confidence to scale.
- Community partnerships: New corporate partners and sponsors have stepped up to help fund expansion, and local governments in several target cities have expressed interest in collaborating.
Where We’re Looking
While specific locations are still being finalized, our expansion strategy focuses on cities where Majestic Legacy already has an operational presence — ensuring we can provide the full suite of support services from day one. We currently operate in 17 active cities with 37 city expansions in progress across the country.
Priority is given to markets with the highest demonstrated need, available real estate, and strong local partnership potential. Our goal remains ambitious: purchase 12 homes per year and expand the program to every major market where we operate.
